Collaboration, Governance and Collective Resilience > Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring and Evaluation enables the reflective assessment of progress, impact, and adaptive capacity over time.

When is it relevant?
This work is relevant, when initiatives seek to understand their ecological and social impact, refine strategy, or respond to accountability requirements.

What do we do?
The evaluation becomes a feedback loop that reinforces adaptive governance and long-term resilience.

Typical outcomes
- Context-specific indicator models
- Participatory assessment tools
- Improved strategic adaptation
- Strengthened accountability and transparency
How is learning embedded?
Meetings become moments of co-creation, shared insight, reflection and healthier relational dynamics.
Example Project
Bioregional Network – Participatory Monitoring and Strategic Reflection
We supported a collaborative network in initiating a participatory process to collectively monitor and evaluate the progress of a shared strategy for collective efficiency. The process opened space for reflection, alignment, and shared sense-making, strengthening learning and adaptive coordination across the network.
